Procedural Writing - What weather is best for growing watercress

Things I will Need
  • 3-4 inches Potting Soil
  • 1 packet Watercress Seeds
  • Water
  • A sunny area & a shady area
  • 2 Ice cream containers

  1. Firstly pour 1-2 inches of potting soil into ice cream containers.
  2. Then use finger to make two small  rows in the soil.
  3. Next sprinkle seeds into the rows and gently cover with soil.
  4. Then softly water the soil and put one  ice cream container in sun and one in shade!
  5. water everyday and wait to see the growth.
  6. Record plant growth

Hypothesis
I think that the watercress in the shade will grow the most because the shade will keep the moisture in the seeds to help them grow where as the watercress in the sun will evaporate the water and dry the plant out!
